The current Canadian roll is made with 100% bamboo pulp. The composition is supported by stamped manufacturer documentation rather than an independent fibre-identification test.

Each current Canadian roll is 4-ply and contains 250 sheets.

The sheet is embossed, thick and cushioned, with a warm cream tone rather than a bright-white finish.

No. The current paper is not unbleached. The pulp mill documents controlled ECF and hydrogen-peroxide bleaching; no elemental chlorine is used in the production process.

For the manufacturer’s natural-colour paper sample, SGS recorded fluorescent matter negative under ultraviolet examination and Grade 5 with no fluorescent-whitening transfer. Those findings apply to that named sample and the methods in reports NGBEC26003189003 and NGBEC26003189001.

In our filmed black-shirt rub test, BAMBUM left no visible lint. That is a recorded demonstration, not a universal laboratory guarantee of zero shedding in every use.

The current roll is sold for standard plumbing and septic use. BAMBUM does not currently publish a third-party disintegration or RV-specific test, so we do not present septic or RV compatibility as an independent laboratory result.

The paper is produced through our manufacturing supply chain in China. Canadian orders are packed and fulfilled in Canada.

No. Both packs are available as one-time purchases. At current prices, a subscription saves CAD 7 on 12 rolls and CAD 15 on 48 rolls.

For 12 rolls, choose every month or every two months. For 48 rolls, choose every month, every two months or every four months. The subscription renews at the selected price and frequency until it is changed or cancelled.

If a renewal has charged, contact support@bambum.ca promptly. The current refund policy allows cancellation and refund within 14 days when the renewed box has not shipped; once it has shipped, the product terms apply.

Shipping is free across Canada on every current order, including one-time purchases and subscriptions. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.

Delivery time depends on the destination. A shipping confirmation email includes the tracking link and its current delivery estimate; remote or rural addresses may take longer.

Opened personal-care consumables cannot be resold. BAMBUM handles satisfaction concerns with a replacement or another fair resolution rather than promising a cash refund for used product.

On manufacturer-supplied paper samples, SGS recorded 545 PFAS compounds not detected; formaldehyde not detected; BPA and BPS not detected; eight named heavy metals not detected; and two optical-brightener findings for a natural-colour sample. No. Not detected means the measured result was below that laboratory method’s detection limit for the submitted sample. It is not a claim of mathematical zero, a test of every possible substance or a guarantee about every roll.

The finished-paper samples were submitted at manufacturing level, so the reports identify the manufacturer. The evidence supports the named sample results through BAMBUM’s documented supply relationship; no SGS report names the BAMBUM retail brand.
