BAMBUM currently ships across Canada. Every order is packed with care and sealed in our signature packaging. USA & UAE shipping coming soon.

Delivery Timeframes

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Promotional shipping offers run occasionally on select subscription orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your delivery in real time.

Subscription Deliveries

Subscription shipments are dispatched automatically based on your chosen frequency. You can adjust your schedule, skip a delivery, or pause your subscription at any time through your account.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@bambum.ca and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes before your order has been dispatched.
