BAMBUM operates through bambum.ca and currently ships products to customers in Canada. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page.
Products and Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or limit quantities without prior notice. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our secure payment providers.
Subscriptions
BAMBUM offers subscription-based purchasing for recurring deliveries. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the frequency and price selected at checkout. You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns on opened items due to the personal nature of our products.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days at support@bambum.ca for a complimentary replacement.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of BAMBUM and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
