We believe that attention belongs in everyday essentials, too. BAMBUM begins with paper, but our point of view is about the whole experience: choosing the material, opening the box and living with it. The First Edition is our starting point. Embossed four-ply bamboo toilet paper, individually wrapped, made to feel like a deliberate choice.

Bamboo, made into
something tangible.
We chose bamboo pulp for the First Edition. The finished sheet has four plies, a cushioned hand-feel and an embossed surface. Its cream shade is part of the edition’s appearance; no fragrance or dye is added.
Bamboo is a grass that can regrow from its root system after harvest. Turning it into paper still involves manufacturing. Our mill confirms a bleaching process, so we do not describe this paper as unbleached or untouched.
The paper is made in China. The finished rolls are inspected and packed in Canada. We want those details to be as clear as the design.
