We currently ship across Canada. United States and UAE shipping are coming soon.

Nothing. Shipping is free across Canada on every order. Delivery is already included, so there is no separate shipping charge waiting at checkout.

Orders are processed and dispatched promptly after they are placed. You will receive an order confirmation when you check out, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Delivery time depends on your destination within Canada. Your tracking link always shows the latest delivery estimate for your specific order. Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

Every shipped order includes a tracking link in its shipping confirmation email, so you can follow it to your door.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email support@bambum.ca with your order number and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
