What 4-Ply Actually
Feels Like.

On the difference between thickness and finish.

Four plies. A feel you can judge for yourself.

Ply is the number of layers in a sheet. Our Canadian First Edition has four.

That number tells you how the paper is constructed; the sheet in your hand tells you how it feels.

On bulk vs. weight

Fold a sheet between your fingers, then open it over your hand. The layered paper has a cushioned feel, with enough flexibility to follow the movement.

“Cloth-like” is our description of that feel, not a claim that the paper is fabric.

The embossing

Look along the surface and you can see the pattern in relief.

Run a finger across it and the visual detail becomes tactile. The texture is part of the finished sheet, not just an image printed on its wrapper.

A closer look

Every roll contains 250 sheets, each measuring 100 × 100 mm. Those dimensions matter when comparing packs: ply, sheet size and sheet count describe different parts of the product. No single number tells you how long a roll will last in your home.

The same four-ply paper comes in both our 12- and 48-roll packs. Choose your box on the product page.
